This notice describes how personal data you share through arvix.com.mx is handled. It reflects how the site currently works.

Controller
ARVIX, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data described in this notice. For any matter related to this notice, email sales@arvix.com.mx.
Data we process
We only process the data you choose to share in the contact form or by email:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Description of your need
- Area of interest, if selected
How the form works
The form validates your data on the site server and emails it to ARVIX’s sales inbox. The site does not store form content in databases or record the message in its logs.
Once received, the message is handled like any email received by the sales account.
Purposes
We use your data to respond to your request, understand your need and follow up on the business conversation you start. We do not use it for marketing emails.
Providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, which technically processes server requests to deliver pages and validate the form. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregate statistics about site usage; we do not send it form content or calculator figures. Emails you send are received through ARVIX’s email provider. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by emailing sales@arvix.com.mx. Include your name, the email you used to contact us and your specific request.
